Cactus International Children’s and Youth Film Festival
Born in 2021 from the meeting of a passion for storytelling and cinema, the Cactus International Children’s and Youth Film Festival is an annual event dedicated to younger audiences, children and teenagers, as well as to everyone who has not forgotten what it means to be young.
Each edition selects and screens dozens of high‑quality films, giving voice to filmmakers from all over the world and offering an open and inclusive perspective on contemporary cinema for children and adolescents.
Alongside film screenings, the Festival features meetings with authors and professionals from the cultural and entertainment sectors, presentations of novels for children and young people, and workshops dedicated to exploring the languages of cinema and, more broadly, the art of storytelling.
A multidisciplinary event that brings together cinema, literature, theatre, music, dance and visual arts, with particular attention to environmental sustainability and inclusion.
