Description of the route

The excursion starts from the Town Hall of Ayas, just above the parish church of Antagnod. The trail number of the path is 105, which climbs among the conifers until reaching the small hamlet of Barmasc, which welcomes hikers with one of the now famous colorful  "Big Benches".

 

 

Notice - Legislative Decree 28 February 2021, n. 40 - article 26 paragraph 2:
"Those who practice ski-mountaineering or off-piste skiing or hiking activities, even using snowshoes, in snow-covered locations where, due to snow and weather conditions, there are risks of avalanches, must equip themselves with special electronic signalling and search systems, shovel and snow probe to guarantee a suitable rescue intervention".
