The Alpine Guides Society of  Gressoney was created in 1963.
It owns the Città di Mantova Mountain Hut that is located at 3.498 metres on the Monte Rosa Glacier at Garstelet and it is the point to start some of the most famous ascent on the glacier, like the capanna Margherita, the Piramide Vincent, the Lyskamm, the Dufour, and to go towards Zermatt or the Sella Mountain Hut. The alpine guides will accompany you in all the activities linked with mountains: from hikes to classic alpinism, from showshoeing to heliskiing, from climbing to ski-tourism.

Different are the activities and courses that will allow everybody to discover the charming world of mountains.

During Summer: private or group ascent to the Mont Rosa, élite alpinism, activities for kids and youth, trekking, via ferrata, climbing, in Winter freeride and off-piste skiing, heliskiing, snowshoeing, ski-tourism, ice waterfalls, self-rescue course

Spoken languages: Italian, French, English, German
