- 5:30 p.m. show cooking start by chef Giuseppina Serra: gyoza fusion with Jambon de Bosses PDO, goat cheese and honey; gourmet tartlet with Valle d'Aosta cornmeal, goat cheese cream, mountain wildflower honey and fresh raspberries.
