- h. 10.00am: Vertical departure

MountainConnection organizes this mountain running race, which starts from Valtournenche, Loc. Maen and reaches Rifugio Barmasse - Lago di Cignana, passing through Promoron and Falegnon. 5km - 850 D+
A suggestive route that retraces a stretch of the Alta Via n. 1, passing through Promoron (home of the old pumping station of the Perrères and Maen hydroelectric power station), crossing the ancient village of Falegnon (home to numerous chamois and ibex) to arrive, crossing the dam, at the Barmasse Refuge.
And for children (3-12 years) who want to test themselves, the Mini Vertical, non-competitive and free!
The race is valid for the Tour Trail and Défi Vertical Circuit.
