The festival is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in a day of awareness and wellness through various holistic practices.
It begins with a Shinrin Yoku session, forest bathing, guided by Deda Aliberti—an experience of reconnection and gratitude towards nature.
Next, Martina Merlet and Davide Conti will lead "The Rhythm of the Body", a practice blending moving meditation, asana, qigong, breathing techniques and visualizations, all supported by music, to rediscover one's inner rhythm.
After the lunch break, the program continues with "Recognizing Oneself and Returning to One’s Essence" led by Silvia Finaurini. This practice will guide participants through a sensory awakening, encouraging an attitude of openness and joy through fluid movements, guided asanas, and spontaneous body expression with creative dance synchronized with the breath.
The day concludes with a Restorative Flow guided by Michele Dalla Mura and Beatrice Monopoli, a relaxing practice supported by 432Hz music, perfect for integrating the day's experiences into a harmonious sense of flow.
Following this, a final moment of closure and sharing.
