Wine Tasting in Cogne

Welcome to a fabulous opportunity to taste wines refined in the Cogne mines: an innovative refinement technique that yields extraordinary, unique tastes

The Cogne Mines were active up to 1979 and these days they are open to visitors and the refinement of wine.  After an initial phase where wine is stored inside casks, the bottles are brought up to an altitude of 2,000 m and stored inside the powder keg. The constant darkness and levels of humidity contribute to the creation of sublime wines.

The wine tastings will be accompanied by Cogne delicacies, to discover the fabulous Aosta Valley tastes.
